What does the authorised person take along?

The signed authorisation, their identity card, a copy of yours, and the vehicle papers the errand requires – registration certificate and insurance details as a rule. A glance at the relevant requirements beforehand spares a second trip.

How wide does the mandate reach?

Exactly as wide as the ticks: registration and transfer paperwork, deregistration matters, collecting documents – and confined to the one vehicle named in it. Untouched boxes stay outside the mandate, by design.

Digital signature – accepted?

A printed copy of the digitally signed PDF passes at many counters; some insist on wet ink or a house form. The cautious route: print it and sign by hand on top of the digital signature. Costs nothing, forecloses the discussion.
